Romans 12:2 YLT98

Deer Haiku
for Mom and Dad
Orange Caps
Ridge line fade
And burn out like thrusters misfiring
My heart —
Slope and obtuse reconciliation just doesn’t feel
right, so I am in this poem with that last leaf
Gone mute.
Green was the last word
To her on Halloween eve in the gravel and leaves.
AWOL day makes tears go away, and paint
Puts a fresh look on the mirror.
Gentle night is estranged for this date,
And I am complacent with that.
Ladders reach for a late cloudy moon
that never quite stays in one place. We
Will not fall today; cool spine quivers gently
through the sidewalk to the driveway.

"and the wisdom from above, first, indeed, is pure, then peaceable, gentle, easily entreated, full of kindness and good fruits, uncontentious, and unhypocritical: -- and the fruit of the righteousness in peace is sown to those making peace."

Running the Gap to Find the Cross Through Grace and Mercy.
My poetry invites you to explore your own run with God in an authentic setting, His nature.
Pray with me that God leads this project to the cross.
